The Murdoch University Metabolomics Laboratory (MML) offers a strong focus on fungal metabolomics and specialises in high resolution mass spectrometry and sample preparation techniques.  The MML is a collaboration between the Australian Centre for Necrotrophic Fungal Pathogens and the Separation Science Laboratory at Murdoch University. It offers extensive separation and detection capabilities enabling analysis of all low molecular weight compounds.  The MML offers a range of complementary GC and LC-MS geometries and houses the highest resolution organic mass spectrometer in the country.
